We were thrilled to be returning to Southwark Park Athletics Track for our second Canada Water event.
Stephen from parkrun joined us on stage to encouraged the kids join their local Junior parkrun every Sunday.
Big shout out to our amazing Better Leisure coaches: Alyson, Sam, Yulia, Matt and Chimoi who who expertly warmed up the groups and organised fun games. And of course thank you to all the volunteers who made this a hugely successful event.

What a turnout! Canada Water did not disappoint.
Pupils, parents, teachers, and even headteachers – everyone brought their A-game and took to the track with incredible energy!
The support and cheering from the sidelines got all our runners motivated. Congratulations to all who completed the course. It was priceless to see the smiles and the sense of accomplishment as our runners received their medals.

What an incredible collective fundraising effort! We cannot wait to see the children thrive with the new swimming programme, sports equipment, PE competitions, and outdoor learning opportunities.
