The 1km course is equivalent to 1 lap around Highbury Fields (top and bottom crescent). For 2km, runners will run 2 laps.
The starting line will be in the grassy field in the middle of the upper crescent and the finish on Queens Avenue (the central path between Highbury Place and Highbury Crescent).

ABOUT THE RUN
During the Run
Stay on the course and be respectful of the public and other runners around you.
Follow any guidance from the race marshals who will be stationed at regular intervals
If you or someone gets injured, step away from the track and call for a race marshal to come assist you.
Try your best to complete the full course. If you are too tired, you can walk instead.
Most importantly: Enjoy the run!
Practical Information
There will be 3First Aid points around the course: by the Registration Area, at the Finish Line and by the Leisure Centre at the south end of the course.
There are public toilets on the North-East field by the bandstand.
There are 2 public water fountains where you can refill your water bottles - one on the South-West side by the playground, the other by the toilets.
All runners receive a finisher’s medal and a healthy snack on completion of the course.
