TRAINING

To get the best results on the day, get fit and start training! 

You don’t have to go fast, you just have to go.


Walk before you can run! 


  • Start walking for an amount of time that feels comfortable - anything from 10-30 minutes. 
  • Start to do 1-2 minute running intervals. 
  • As time goes on make the running intervals longer, until you can run without walking. 


A little regular training, will help you complete your 2km run on race day without even noticing it!
