Ensure you are wearing appropriate running footwear. It will prevent unnecessary injuries. Make sure your laces are securely tied.

To cut down on single use plastic, we ask all participants to bring their own water bottles.  

There are water fountains to fill-up.

Layers

Sun Hat or Cap

The weather is always unpredictable. Bring layers as you will get hot with the warm-ups, the games and the run. Make sure you put your layers back on after your exercise.

If it is a hot sunny day, bring a hat/cap and don’t forget to apply some sunscreen.
