Ensure you are wearing appropriate running footwear. It will prevent unnecessary injuries. Make sure your laces are securely tied.

To cut down on single use plastic, we ask all participants to bring their own water bottle which can be filled up at the venue.

Bring layers as you will get hot with the warm-ups, the games and the run. 

Make sure you put your layers back on after your exercise.
